At Kirstin Ash, we want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all full-priced items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Kirstin Ash packaging and secure it in a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
